These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bn77 ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). bn77 is an online gaming and entertainment platform committed to providing safe, transparent, and reliable services for users in Bangladesh.

Key Terms
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use the bn77 platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is lawful.
- Each person may only create one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and not share it with any third party.
1.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
bn77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. You may be asked to confirm your identity using a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on bn77 are handled securely and transparently.
2.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same for every method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Suspicious transactions will be investigated.
- bn77 reserves the right to decline or delay a deposit request under certain circumstances.
2.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the member's own verified payment account.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, a withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
3. Bonus & Promotion Terms
bn77 offers various bonuses and promotions for members from time to time. The following conditions apply to accepting and using these offers:
3.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 20. That means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in wagers.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- Winnings earned from the bonus may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
3.2 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions, as stated on the offer page.
- More than one bonus may not be active on a single account at the same time.
- bn77 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
4. VIP & Loyalty Program
Regular bn77 members can participate in a VIP program divided into four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Membership tier is based on activity and participation on the platform. Moving to a higher tier unlocks more benefits and offers. bn77 reserves the right to change the details of the VIP program at any time.
5. Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bn77:
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Money laundering or transactions involving unlawful funds.
- Bonus or promotion abuse, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors in the platform.
- Using automated bots or scripts to play.
- Engaging in fraudulent collusion with other members.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
If any of the above violations are detected, the relevant account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed. The account balance may be forfeited in such cases. To appeal a decision, contact our support team.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Responsible Gaming
bn77 believes that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial difficulty. With that in mind, we support responsible gaming and encourage members to take the following steps:

9. Limitation of Liability
bn77 is not liable for:
- Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or technical disruptions.
- Loss caused by problems with the member's own device or software.
- Loss arising from disclosure of the member's account credentials.
- Any circumstances beyond bn77's control (force majeure).
In no event will bn77's total liability exceed the member's net deposit amount over a given period.
10. Service Changes & Discontinuation
bn77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. Service interruptions may occur due to routine maintenance or technical upgrades. In such cases, bn77 will endeavour to notify members in advance.
11. Changes to the Terms
bn77 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. After any change, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, members will be notified by email where possible.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
